…digital camera in hand and you insisting on stamping reality (it’s your living you keep repeating) but your mind is not here, ’cause you know it – I’m sure you do –  that the best photos are those that were never printed or published, those that you never had the time to take or the chance to shoot. The photos that were not really focused or metering was totally wrong. You are sure they would have been better, way better if everything had gone as planned. No need to worry anymore ’cause with your digital camera in hand every click is now successful and nothing can go wrong that you won’t be able to fix later or at least that’s what you think. And you keep walking in our era’s superciliousness.
After all a photo, any photo, is nothing but a click. Isn’t that what you once, told me? You know it’s not like this or to put it better it is exactly like you said: a photo is just a click, a fracture of a second carrying everything there is in us and if it’s gonna be good or not depends on what there is inside us which bursts out inτο the real world the moment we click that shutter …
